What is your return and refund policy?

How do I track my order?
Once you have completed your purchase, check your email. DHL, the courier we work with, will send you all the information you need to customize the delivery and the link to track it.
What are the order processing times?
Orders are packaged and leave our atelier on the first working day following your online order. For the service Create a new world with Samarcanda, instead, the time of realization and delivery is about a month, unless different indications.
What are the shipping times?
Shipping times in Italy are 2-4 working days from the order, with DHL express courier and depend on the take-over, the time of year or the location to be reached.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, DHL express shipping worldwide. Always free of charge. Any customs fees are charged to the customer.
Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?

What are your sizes and how can I choose the right size?
Each Samarcanda garment, as unique and not replicable, has only one size.
You can check the measurements, thanks to the table in the product sheet.
How can I return an item and get a refund?
The item can be returned or changed within 14 days of delivery of the product free of charge.
To use this service, the garment must not be used, except for testing.
In the event of damage or variation from the original shipping condition, the refund cannot be guaranteed.
